Terms of Sale

Terms of Sale are Net 30 days from date of invoice. Report all incidents of shortage, breakage or any other product damage within 5 days of receipt of goods. Should damage occur during shipping, please report the damage to both the carrier and ALPCO. ALPCO assumes no liability for loss or delay caused by conditions beyond ALPCO's control. Freight terms on all orders are F.O.B. Salem, NH. Report all shipping errors to ALPCO immediately. Due to the nature of the products listed herein, all sales are considered final. Returns will not be accepted without an accompanying Return Goods Authorization number (RGA number).
