Team Members
ALPCO relies on a team approach in addressing the needs of our customers. These teams are assigned to each specific customer account by industry sector and are led by individual Account Managers. By serving as your primary point of contact, our Account Managers draw on the proper internal resources to expedite the fulfillment of your requests, answer your questions and/or resolve your specific issues in a timely and comprehensive manner. Product Managers focus on designated scientific disciplines and can field inquiries that are specific to products that fall within these research areas.
The goal of this system is to ensure that your interactions with ALPCO remain as efficient and consistent as possible. We look forward to working with you!
