Clusterin (ApoJ) ELISA - This kit is a competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for quantitative determination of clusterin in human Serum, Plasma or Cell Culture supernatants. A polyclonal antibody recognizing native human clusterin reacts with a series of predetermined recombinant human clusterin standard proteins or serum or plasma under competition in the human clusterin-coated plate. Sample relative reactivity is plotted in relation to the reactivity of the standard proteins.To save you time and money, this assay is offered in a 1, 2 and 5 plate format. The kit includes all components (96 well Ab coated plate, conjugate Ab, substrate, standards, quality controls and dilution and wash buffer) necessary to complete the ELISA.
