Adiponectin (Rat) ELISA (2 plate) - The ALPCO Adiponectin (ADP) line of ELISAs are designed to meet your needs. This Adiponectin ELISA is an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for quantitative determination of Total ADP in 10µl of rat Serum, Plasma or Cell culture supernatants and does not cross react with Rat ADP. It has the distinct advantage of incorporating mammalian cell derived (HEK293) calibrators (also used for Ab generation) to measure CIRCULATING TOTAL [ADP]. To save you time and money, this assay is offered in a 1, 2 and 5 plate format. The kit includes all components (96 well Ab coated plate, conjugate Ab, substrate, standards, quality control and dilution and wash buffer) necessary to complete a the ELISA.
