Use the never duplicated 47-ADPHU-E01 ELISA. Want to measure Total (Full-Length) ADP? Use 44-ADPHU-E01. Want to measure Globular Fragment + Total in NHP, human or cell culture samples? Use 44-ADPHU-E01-GLOB. This assay incorporates mammalian cell derived (HEK293) calibrators (also used for Ab generation) to measure TOTAL FULL LENGHT & GLOBULAR [ADP]. Circulating globular ADP is relatively low as compared to total, in most situations. To save you time and money, this assay is offered in a 1, 2 and 5 plate format. The kit includes all components (96 well Ab coated plate, conjugate Ab, substrate, standards, quality controls and dilution and wash buffer) necessary to complete a the ELISA.
